welcome to the Final Fantasy 7 summons page. This page wil tell you about all the summons an who the are. There will be pictures and imformation about every one.
This is the first summon you obtain. You get it from the Chocobo Farm. By clicking on the chocobo and clicking the option Wark! The chocobo will do a weird dance and then give you Chocobo Mog, your first summon. This move has a mog on top of a chocobo charging into the enemies kamakazie style. This attack is a wind elemental type.
Shiva is the ice summon who has also appeared in the same amount of games as Ifrit. Her move is Diamond Dust, which consists of her blowing icicles from her fingertips to freeze the enemy. You obtain Shiva from the girl in Junon after saving her from drowning.
The 3rd summon you obtain is the great Ifrit. Ifrit makes appearances on every Final Fantasy via FF1 FF2 FF3 where there is no summons. Ifrit is a great strong summon and versatile. He is a fire elemental summon using heavy burning flames. His move is Hellfire, which he charges at the enemy in the air with a fire around him as he goes! You get Ifrit the boat whilst crossing from Junon to Costa Del Sol. After killing Jenova for the first time she will drop the red summon materia. This is Ifrit. Don't miss it as you can't come back inside this boat.
The 4th summon you get is Ramuh. You obtain him from the goldsaucer chocobo riding area when you are trying to get yourself out of the Corel Prison below the goldsaucer. Click on one the stables things and you will obtain Ramuh. He is a Lightning summon and casts a huge lightning storm from his rod!
Titan is an Earth elemental summon. He lifts a huge clump of earth near the enemy and crushes them with it. Titan is a huge cross between a man an a beast. You obtain the Titan materia from the run down reactor after fighting Reno and Rude together for your first time. You have to click on the huge pile of metal where Tseng and Scarlet had looked before you arrived.
Odin is a hidden summon and to find him you must unlock a safe in Nibbleheim where you must defeat a boss to collect a cellar key and also get Odin. This is explained in detail on the Secrets page. Odin's deadly blade either slices the enemies in half causing automatic death or sends down a spear from the clouds, which does quite a bit of damage.
Leviathan is the great summon of water. He is a long dragonny creature who cats huge water attacks, such as huge waves. Leviathan is the 7th summon you get in the game. You get him in the Wutai for defeating the panagonda tower with Yuffie. Explained in detail on the walkthrough.
Kajata's is another secret summon. He is a bull who uses all the elemental powers in one huge stomp.Kajata can be obtained by finding a moving materia in the forest after Bone Village. Kajata has now got a picture. I finally got one.
Bahamut is like Ifrit and Shiva in the way that he has been all the Final Fantasy's this time including FF1. Bahamut is an incredibly powerful summon who deals a heavy attack to its opponents. Bahamut is the 9th Summon you get. You find him in the Temple Of The Ancients before you fight a hard boss.
Alexander is a huge summon with great strength. As you can see from the picture he is a huge machine. He casts down huges beams to inialate his opponents and those who stand in his path.
Neo Bahamut is an incredibly powerful summon. You obtain him from the Whirlwind Maze. Neo Bahamut uses 140mp so you may want to watch your mp rating whe using him.
Bahamut Zero is really a secret summon who is quite hard to find. You must input the right code whilst in space with Cid. To find out the code go to the Secret's page. Bahamut Zero is the 3rd and final Bahamut you obtain in the game.
Phoenix is a great fire bird summon. He is an amazing summon as his move consists of a blaze of fire and also ressurecting any dead members of your party in battle. You obtain Phoenix from Fort Condor when you revisit it for your second time and lose the huge gold bird from the top of the fort. You then get him from the Golden eggs outside!
Typhoon is an optional summon that you may obtain and you are able to gain him on Disc 2. He is probably the funniest summon made on this game but is still never the less quite powerful. He is a wind summon and eats opponents then spits them out. Its a tasty move to say the least. You must have a chocobo who is able to climb mountains, (green, black, gold). This is because Typhoon is situated in a foresty area near Corel.
Knights Of The Round
Knights of the Round is the last and secret summon you aquire. It is by far the most powerful one in the game and the hardest one to aquire. There are 12 beasty demons with their own deadly weapons who slice and hack into their opponents. To obtain this summon you need a Gold Chocobo, which isn't going to be easy. To find out more go to the Secrets/Goldsaucer page.
